Abstract

Mission

The intention of this papers will be cause information about workspace diversity and equality in an under-researched country. Being focused on the south-eastern European cross over economic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), they elaborates on the statea€™s procedures, general public question and past analysis elsewhere.

Design/methodology/approach

The newspaper attracts on an overview for the legal platform, existing literature, open public news and personal communications with human beings source (HR) specialists.

Finding

There exists merely limited investigation on diversity and equivalence in BiH. Ethnicity and gender are the most commonly known reasons for discrimination. Although a sound looks of rules addressing anti-discrimination and equality problems is available, implementation was insufficient. People question tends to bolster inter-ethnic issues and a damaging surroundings pertaining to sex-related number rights.

Research limitations/implications

Mainly because of the normal lack of investigation on diversity and equality in BiH, the studies given found in this report just may serve as an initial approximation from the field.
